<p>3/4 pound sliced bacon<br />
2 tablespoons bourbon<br />
1/2 cup light brown sugar</p>
<p>1.  Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.</p>
<p>2.  Arrange the bacon strips close together in a single layer on the rack. Brush the strips generously with suburban. Sprinkle brown sugar over top.</p>
<p>3.  Bake until crisp and dark golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer the bacon strips to a wire rack set over a round baking sheet or to a paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly. Break each strip into thirds and serve warm or at room temperature.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Even unexpected guests can be quickly satisfied with this delicious recipe!  These ingredients when mixed together can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, so keeping some on hand is easy!</p>
<p>2 1/2 cups coarsely shredded deli-made rotisserie chicken<br />
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese<br />
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped<br />
1/2 cup chopped green onions<br />
1 cup fat-free ranch dressing<br />
1 package 8-inch flour tortillas<br />
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce</p>
<p>1.  In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce.  Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.</p>
<p>2.  To make wrap, microwave 1/3 cup of chicken mixture, loosely covered, on High for about 30 seconds or until hot.  Spread onto a tortilla and top with 1/2 cup lettuce and roll up.</p>
<p>TIPS:  Use precooked bacon for an even quicker prep method!</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
1 1/2 pounds of med. or lg. shrimp, peeled<br />
1/2 pound of mozzarella<br />
2 tablespoon of lemon juice<br />
2 tablespoon of water<br />
2 teaspoon of dried oregano<br />
1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme<br />
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder<br />
1/4 teaspoon of brown sugar<br />
1/2 bacon slice per shrimp<br />
1/4 cup of bbq sauce</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
Start by combining the water, lemon juice, all the seasonings and brown sugar then add the shrimp. Toss the shrimp until it is covered in the marinade. Put it in the fridge for about an hour or longer. Then preheat the oven to about 425 degrees. Now before you put the shrimp in the oven, wrap each shrimp with bacon and use a toothpick to hold it together. Oil up the pan and add baste the shrimp with bbq sauce. Afterward lay the mozzarella cheese on top of each shrimp. Put it in the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure all the cheese is melted evenly and it should be ready to eat.</p>
